Overview

At EC Meals, we take great care to deliver your premium South Indian meal bases in perfect frozen condition. All orders are fulfilled on Mondays to ensure freshness and food safety throughout transit.

Local Delivery (ZIP code 75035 and within 20 miles)

Customers within 20 miles of ZIP code 75035 (Frisco, TX area) are eligible for local delivery every Monday.

Select "Local Delivery" at checkout to see if your address qualifies.
Delivery is made on Mondays.
You'll receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

Local Pickup

Prefer to pick up? Free pickup is available at our Frisco and McKinney locations. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Nationwide Shipping (beyond the 20-mile local delivery zone)

For customers outside our local delivery zone, we ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states via expedited carriers.

Shipping days: Mondays and Tuesdays
2–3 Day Expedited Shipping — Orders are packed with dry ice or gel packs to arrive safely frozen.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on Monday ship the same week.
Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following week.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Packaging

All products are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or frozen gel packs. Please open your package immediately upon arrival and transfer products to your freezer.

Each EC Meals package is meticulously packed and shipped with precision to meet the specific requirements of every item, ensuring the freshest and most delicious food arrives right at your doorstep.

Please note that in most cases, our frozen products may partially or fully thaw during transit. Rest assured, products requiring refrigeration are safe to enjoy as long as they arrive cool to the touch.

The majority of our items are shipped frozen, typically with dry ice or ice packs included. Despite these precautions, some thawing during transit is possible.

Dry ice disposal: Handle dry ice with care. You can leave it outside on the sidewalk — it will dissipate quickly in the sun. Alternatively, place it (in its plastic or paper wrapping) in a sink or container to protect surfaces. Do not touch dry ice directly.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Minimum order thresholds apply — see current promotions at checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we partner with reliable carriers, delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather or carrier delays. EC Meals is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been handed off, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
