Our Story Started in a Kitchen That Wasn't Working

For 20 years, I worked. I parented. I tried to cook.
I'm still not great at it.

But my husband Satish? He cooks for 100 people without
breaking a sweat. He sees food as love, language, and home.

When he watched me struggle every single weeknight — the
guilt of not having a fresh meal ready, the chaos of a
kitchen that felt like a second job — he started building
something.

Not a product. A solution. For me.

He created the first EC Meals base in our kitchen, and
for two years it lived only there. It gave me my evenings
back. It brought வீட்டு விருந்து — the warmth of a
home feast — back to ordinary weeknights.

Then I Decided to Make It Real

I went back to school. Earned my MBA from Texas A&M —
not for the title, but to learn how to do this right.
The laws. The labels. The standards. The community.

Today, what we cooked for ourselves, we share with
families like ours.
