September 2026 — Nationwide Launch & Brand Consistency

September marks a significant milestone for EC Meals: we moved from a North Dallas-only operation to a fully live nationwide shipping model, celebrated continued traction at farmers markets, expanded B2B conversations, rebuilt our bundle structure for clarity and margin, and conducted a comprehensive brand consistency audit across every customer-facing page.

📦 Operations

  • Nationwide shipping now live across the continental U.S. — all orders dispatch every Monday in temperature-controlled foam box packaging
  • Shipping minimum set at $58; free shipping threshold at $100+
  • Local pickup remains free with no minimum in Frisco and McKinney
  • Sunday midnight cutoff established as the weekly order deadline

📈 Traction

  • Nationwide storefront launched and open for orders at ecmeals.com
  • Continued strong engagement at North Dallas farmers markets — in-person sampling remains our most effective conversion channel
  • Repeat customers from April market debut returning and placing online orders
  • Bundle pricing restructured to drive higher average order values aligned with shipping minimum
  • All product listings repriced and live: individual bases from $4.99 to $7.99
  • Two featured bundle tiers now prominently merchandised on the Meal Bundles page

🤝 B2B & Retail Expansion

  • Active conversations underway with retailers interested in stocking EC Meals in-store
  • White-label manufacturing opportunity initiated — early-stage discussions ongoing
  • Catering and cloud kitchen inquiries received — evaluating fit with our production capacity
  • Farmers market presence continues to serve as a live B2B showcase — multiple vendor and event organizer relationships deepened
  • B2B onboarding page and retailer landing page identified as next build priority

🧠 What We Learned

Brand consistency is a trust signal — every inconsistency erodes the premium positioning we're building. This month's audit caught and resolved 15+ customer-facing issues. The farmers market continues to be our most valuable feedback loop: real customers, real reactions, real language that improves how we write and position everything online. B2B is an accelerator we're taking seriously — the right retail or catering partner could multiply our reach without a proportional marketing spend increase.

🎯 Focus for Next Period

  • Surface shipping minimum at product and cart level
  • Build retailer-focused landing page and B2B onboarding flow
  • Expand bundle configurations and mix-and-match capabilities
  • Test customer feedback on the new Meal Bundles page visual layout
  • Formalize farmers market schedule and event calendar for Q4
  • Advance retail partnership conversations to pilot placement

💬 Founder's Note

Every farmers market is a reminder of why we started — watching someone taste Kurma for the first time and immediately ask "where can I buy more of this?" is the validation no analytics dashboard can replicate. Nationwide shipping gives us the infrastructure. B2B gives us scale. But the farmers market gives us truth. We're building all three in parallel — carefully, deliberately, and with conviction.
